Rule 2. Always toast before doing a shot. Whoever buys the shot gets the first chance to offer a toast. Try to think of something pertinent or original or both. Drinking a shot together is very nearly a mystical thing. You become, in a sense, blood siblings, because by putting the same alcohol into your bloodstreams your are agreeing to walk the same path, whether it be toward Camelot or Crazytown.
