It’s the Festival of the Sacrifice at the Tombs! In ancient Rome, this was basically a barbecue at the nearest necropolis. A graveyard cookout. Animals would be sacrificed, then cooked and consumed, along with a respectable amount of wine, in honor of one’s dead ancestors. Those ancient Romans, they didn’t need much of a reason to party.
